HIMACHAL PRADESH IRRIGATION & PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The main objective of the Development of water related infrastructure such as Drinking Water Supply Schemes, Sewerage Systems. Irrigation systems through source development, lifting water, boring of tube wells & providing distribution systems. Flood protection works to protect life and property in the State. The Department is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of these systems.
